Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Moka Mobile LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the UX Logik software for your personal or internal business use.

• Reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law
• Modify or create derivative works of the software
• Circumvent license restrictions or security protections
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Moka Mobile LLC.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

UX Logik offers subscription-based access plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions. Payments, billing, subscriptions, and license management are processed through:

6. License Keys

Access to the software may require a valid license key issued through Lemon Squeezy. You agree not to:

• Share license keys publicly
• Sell or transfer license keys without authorization
• Attempt to bypass licensing systems

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses that violate these Terms.

7. Bring Your Own API Key

UX Logik requires users to provide their own Anthropic API key. You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining your API credentials
• Managing your API usage
• Any costs charged by Anthropic
• Compliance with Anthropic's terms and policies

User prompts are sent directly from the application to Anthropic's API. Moka Mobile LLC does not intercept, store, or monitor prompts submitted through the application.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UX Logik to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOKA MOBILE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that generated outputs will meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOKA MOBILE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
